What is peace?
Is it a perpetual subjugation to those in power
and living in total abjection
fearing molestation
Though our visions may be of greater than of the people in power.
To ululate their cruel acts
as noble acts
on our way to insignificance.
All our efforts to adjust misconducts suppressed .

Peace is the total annihilation from all ills and subjugation to repressive by laws and principles.

Where there is fear of victimization,
there is no peace.

The friendship of a politcian and the people

Aside Posted on

The friendship of a politcian and the people is that of the dog and its master .
It ends on the door mate
The master getting into the house and close the door
and the dog left outside to face the perils of the night .
And begins again tomorrow morning .

Bridge across the river

Aside Posted on

The African success story
is mired by the bridge across the river
those who cross first disrupt the bridge for those left behind.
Those who have seen light cast a shadow to those in darkness so that they remain in darkness forever while they shine and reign over the disadvantaged.

They send their sons and daughters to high quality schools where they acquire high quality skills over our sons and daughters who go to poor schools where they are only taught basic principles
and the situation remains the same dull monotonous system
Where the same people and same minds continue to rule the world
the rest in digruntlement from the beginning to the end of their lives.

A spectacle

Aside Posted on

The struggles are won
independence grunted
but war still goes on with the daily routine of the sun.
Blood is still on the walls
death is behind the teeth;
the unknown murderer is still the monster of the night
and man lies sprawled on cold asphalt.
Too many crooks vying for the presidency;
no one seems to be the right candidate.

Morgen Tsvangirai

He is the man much missed
and man much needed
everyone knows it
even the lunatic in the street
but the lions would not let him in
while the hyners, jackles and all beasts of prey molest the people of Zimbabwe.
